MOST IMPORTANT NATIONAL RESTRICTIONS
To apply the film needs to get a German Certificate of Origin. The most important restriction in this context is that a maximum of 20% of the budget must be spent outside Germany.
The German share of financing and artistic participation (can also be residents within EU member states) must be minimum 30%.
