RITCS Film School 2017
January 26, 2017: Brussels, Belgium.
EDN Director Paul Pauwels will represent EDN in a master class session at the Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema and Sound (RITCS) in Brussels, Belgium. This is the final session of a master class on the development and pitching of documentary projects, where Paul Pauwels will hold a lecture for RITCS master-level students.
RITCS was established in 1962 as Hoger Rijkstechnisch Instituut voor Toneel en Cultuurspreiding, the Flemish equivalent of the famous French-speaking INSAS.
Today, RITCS has its headquarters in Dansaertstraat in Brussels, with 700 students enrolled in various Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Audiovisual Arts and Drama. According to Dieter Lesage and Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel’s Director-General Luc Van de Velde, the appointment of the recently awarded Royal Title confirms RITCS’s position as a School of Arts of vital importance within the country of Belgium.
