Documentary of the Month: Scream for me Sarajevo
With our intitiative called Documentary of the Month, we are aiming to draw attention on a selection of the best documentary films recently produced and foster public discussion on all aspects of documentary production and distribution. The documentary of the month for February is 'Scream for me Sarajevo' directed by Tarik Hodžić and produced by Adnan Ćuhara for Prime Time Film & Video Production.
Every month EDN puts the spotlight on a specific documentary and at the same time encourages a discussion in relation to its subject and the production process. The monthly film will be available for screening - exclusively for EDN members - and will further be accompanied by an interview highlighting important issues around the film. EDN Director Paul Pauwels selects the films and conducts the interviews.
The Documentary of the Month for February 2017 is 'Scream for me Sarajevo' by Tarik Hodžić — EDN members can watch the film from 20 - 26 February in the EDN Screening Room. The video interview with producer Adnan Ćuhara will be made available in the screening room soon.
SCREAM FOR ME SARAJEVO — Documentary of the Month

Synopsis: A documentary film about Sarajevo during the 1992-95 siege; specifically a film about the music scene in the besieged Bosnian capital with special focus on a concert held in the city’s BKC music hall by Bruce Dickinson on December 14, 1994. It is a film about people who risked their lives to perform for the people who risked their lives in order to live them.
Free online screening of 'Scream for me Sarajevo' for EDN Members
As part of our Documentary of the Month feature, the full-length version of 'Scream for me Sarajevo' will be available for screening from 20 - 26 Februar in the EDN Screening Room, exclusively for EDN members. In addition, a video interview with Producer Adnan Ćuhara will be made available online, featuring further details and insights about the production process of the film. The video interview, conducted by Paul Pauwels, will also be accessible via the EDN Screening Room.
