Archidoc 2015/16: Call for Applications
Applications are now open for the 2015/16 edition of Archidoc, an archive-based documentary development workshop featuring four-sessions over a period of eight months in different locations throughout Europe. The deadline for applications is 7 September 2015.
Archidoc helps the development of original film projects that use archives allowing their directors to find their place on the international documentary market and start building a professional network. In three short residential sessions and one e-session, European directors develop their archive documentary project and start accessing the international market. The working language throughout the programme is English.
During the core workshop throughout the first three sessions, participants must be prepared to enrol into a very intense, full-time working rhythm. Between each session, they receive personalised distance-tutoring on new versions of their project sent to tutors according to a pre-established schedule.
