ESoDoc European Social Documentary 2016: Call for Entries

The ZeLIG School for Documentary announced today that applications are now open for the ESoDoc – European Social Documentary 2016 programme. The deadline for project submissions is 29 January 2016.

ESoDoc is the training initiative for cross-thinkers and media professionals, who want to use the power of media to encourage social change. ESoDoc offers three intense one-week residential sessions held over a period of six months, combined with extended online sessions for project tutoring, international co-production and networking with festivals and other market events.

With the support of top-rated professionals, participants will learn how to engage audiences across different platforms and maximize the outreach and impact of their project.

Who can apply
ESoDoc welcomes professionals from different areas: documentarians, journalists, web-designers and programmers, game designers, NGO-communication representatives. The workshop is open for professional with or without an own project.


Fee and scholarships

The cost per participant is 1.200,00 Euro (600,00 Euro for participants from new member states). This covers tuition, room and board. Travel expenses are not included. Four scholarships are available.
