Final Call for EDN Online Pitching Session 'RealYoung'

Producers and filmmakers have time until 25 August 2015 to submit their documentary project focusing on young audiences for the upcoming EDN Online Pitching Session 'RealYoung'. The online pitching features a panel of decision-makers specialized in the area of documentaries for children and youth. The session is part of the RealYoung initiative, a project aiming to promote the production of documentaries for young target groups.

The EDN Online Pitchings are an initiative where 3-4 documentary projects are pitched to a group of hand-picked international financiers and decision makers. Each session will have a specific focus or theme. The pitching takes place online in the EDN Video Conference Room and each session lasts one hour. This session, which will be focusing on documentaries for young audiences, will take place on September 15, 2015 from 14:00-15:00 (Central European Time).

For this session, it is planned to have the presence of 4 - 6 financiers and experts with a special interest in documentaries for younger audiences. So far the following panel participants have confirmed their participation:

  • Nadine Zwick, ARTE Junior, ARTE GEIE, France.

  • Andrea Hock, Autlook Filmsales, Austria

  • Outi Rousu, AVEK, Finland

  • Marit Braun, NPO Sales

  • Dorte Høeg Brask, DR TV, Denmark
