EDN Member Discount on Submissions for the IDA Awards 2017
EDN members are eligible for a discount on submissions for this year's edition of the IDA Documentary Awards, hosted and presented by the International Documentary Association (IDA). The IDA awards rank among the world's most significant recognitions for the best nonfiction films and programs.
$115 on submissions
Entry for the IDA awards 2017 is open to any documentary, non-fiction or factual program completed and/or broadcast or publicly released between July 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017. Judging of the IDA Documentary Awards is based on overall creative excellence. Committees of filmmaking and industry professionals screen all entries and select all nominees. Nominations are typically announced in November, with the winners announced live at the IDA Awards ceremony in December in Los Angeles. With this special discount offer - which is only available until Friday, 14 July 2017 - EDN members can save $85 on submissions in the short doc category and $115 on docs submitted for the "feature documentary" category. Award winners in the Feature and Short categories are selected by IDA members from the nominees.
