Deadline: 1/12 - 2018. Event date: February 24 – March 1, 2019
ZAGREBDOX PRO is a program that includes both workshops and a pitching forum documentary projects in various phases of development / production, and The International Collaboration Day dedicated to networking. During the workshop, participants are going to have individual meetings with decision makers (TV editors, distributors, producers, representatives of film funds) and scriptwriting advisors.

Deadline: 6/12 - 2018. Event dates: March 12 – 13, 2019RealYoung is a 3-step program focusing on documentary stories for younger audiences. Here you will develop, present and network with the aim of bringing your next kids or youth documentary across borders to an international audience. Creators, funders, experts and publishers will develop, present and network with the aim of bringing great real life stories for kids or youth across borders to an international audience. RealYoung is now calling for six documentary projects aimed at younger audiences to take part in 2019 programme.
IBF Classic – Development & Prod- & Post
Deadline: 10/12 - 2018. Event dates: -
The IDFA Bertha Fund supports documentary filmmakers in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and parts of Eastern Europe (see IBF Classic Country List) by offering them financial contributions, assistance and coaching to complete their projects. The Fund is looking for creative documentaries that use strong visual treatments to tell compelling stories and have the potential to reach a global audience. Projects can be submitted in two categories: Project development: The maximum contribution for project development is €5,000, which must be spent in a country on the IBF Classic Country List.Production & post-production: The maximum contribution for production & post-production is €17,500, which must be spent in a country on the IBF Classic Country List.

Cooperation Projects 2019
Deadline: 11/12 - 2018. Event dates: - The purpose is to support the capacity of the European cultural and creative sectors to operate transnationally and internationally. Furthermore to promote the circulation of cultural and creative works and the mobility of cultural and creative players, in particular of artists, transnationally. It also aims to improve access to European cultural and creative works and extend their reach to new and larger audiences. Docs in Progress
Deadline: 14/12 - 2018. Event dates: -April 5 – 13, 2019Docs in Progress presents a selection of eight feature documentaries in post-production stage with a trailer and an excerpt to be viewed by festival representatives, distributors, producers, and TV commissioning editors. The best project will be awarded a prize: Raggio Verde will offer subtitling to the winner.See details on Docs in Progress
