While our association is rebooting itself during these warm summer months, I am happy to announce EDN’s annual General Assembly (G.A.) in Amsterdam during IDFA 2019. This is the occasion for EDN members to cast their vote, to share their thoughts and to learn more about how EDN’s situation has evolved in the meantime. So I kindly ask you to save the date for EDN’s G.A. 2019, which is planned to take place on Sunday November 24th at 11h00 during IDFA. The precise location is TBA.

After EDN’s G.A. last year, it was basically ‘Game Over’ for EDN. Therefore this General Assembly will be a very special one because the EDN board will present a report that aims to provide insights into what caused EDN’s deep rooted problems over the past years. Based on the outcome, conclusions and recommendations will be offered on how this perilous situation can be avoided in the future.

While EDN is now in the process of working on this report, EDN welcomes applications from new board members who are ready to assist EDN in this period of transition.

Of course we also invite you to contact us and get involved in shaping the future of our association or to offer suggestions on how EDN can serve its members to the best.

Ultimately we look forward to present our members with a new strategy, a new team and new offerings based on the evaluation, information & feedback that EDN’s staff collected over the past months. As this process is still ongoing, we are available for all of you and encourage you to send us your suggestions and to contribute to this process.
